Old-Fashioned Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
    1/2 c. slided green onion
    2/3 c. thinly sliced celery
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
    Slices of pickles and hard-cooked eggs
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, onion, celery, eggs, salt, celery seed, and pepper in a large bowl.
    Blend mayonnaise, mustard, and pickle relish.
    Gently stir into potato mixture. Chill thoroughly before serving.
    Garnish with slices of hard-cooked eggs and pickles. Yield:
    about 8 servings.
