Apple Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/3 c. oil
1 c. milk
2 c. apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix flour, 1/2 cup water and oil like biscuit dough.
Roll out into a rectangle.
Mix apples, milk, 1 1/2 cups sugar and cinnamon and let soak for awhile.
Put apple mixture on top of biscuit dough and roll up.
Put in a baking pan.
In a pan, melt butter, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water.
Pour over apple roll and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
