Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    8 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Microwave cook ground beef on High for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Mix beef, water and spaghetti sauce.
    In oblong baking dish, spoon 1/2 cup sauce.
    Layer noodles, cottage cheese, Mozzarella and meat sauce.
    Repeat layers, saving sauce to pour over top of casserole. Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Cover with 2 layers of plastic wrap, sealing completely.
    Microwave on High for 8 minutes, then medium-low or 4 power level for 32 minutes or until noodles are tender.
    Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
