Lime Jell-O Salad Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. Lime or Orange Jell-O
    3 carrots, grated
    2 apples, grated
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Pour 2 cups boiling water over Jell-O in a large bowl.
    Add cream cheese.
    Stir until well dissolved.
    Add 1 2/3 c. cold water and other ingredients.
    Place in refrigerator until set.
