American Pate(Yields 1 Servings) - cooking recipe

10 oz. pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 lb. ground lean beef
1/2 lb. ground lean veal
1/2 lb. ground lean pork
2 cloves minced garlic
1 medium onion, diced
1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
6 oz. can tomato paste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large mixing bowl, combine meats with garlic, onion and bread crumbs.
Add tomato paste, egg and spinach to meat mix and mix well.
Transfer mixture to an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Cover with aluminum foil and seal tightly. Bake for 45 minutes, then remove foil and bake for 30 minutes longer.
Let meat loaf sit for 15 minutes before cutting.
