Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
2 sticks butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. water
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. cocoa

Preparation

Combine flour, sugar and salt.
In saucepan, bring to boil butter, water and cocoa.
Pour over flour mixture.
Blend eggs, soda, buttermilk and vanilla.
Add to flour mixture.
Mix well. Bake in greased and floured 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch pan for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
