Pumpkin Puff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (29 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
3 eggs, well beaten
2 Tbsp. honey
5 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix together pumpkin, sugar, butter, salt and spices.
Add eggs and cream.
Thoroughly combine.
Spoon mixture into baking dish. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with pecans.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until slightly puffed.
Serve at once.
