Brown Jug Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. water
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    4 pieces chicken bouillon
    2 1/2 c. potatoes, chopped
    1 c. carrots, chopped
    1 c. cauliflower, chopped
    1 c. broccoli
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Boil water, celery, onion and bouillon for 20 minutes.
    Add potatoes, carrots, cauliflower and broccoli; boil 30 more minutes. Add Velveeta cheese and soup; simmer until cheese melts and is creamy.
    Add water to make consistency right.
