Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head cabbage, shredded
1 medium-sized green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine cabbage, pepper and oil in mixing bowl.
Make dressing by mixing oil, vinegar, sugar and salt.
Make hole in center of vegetable mixture and pour dressing in hole.
Let stand 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Toss before serving.
Yields 8 servings.
