Baked Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size head cabbage
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 c. hot milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Put cabbage in pan that is cut in 3/4-inch width.
    Cook in salt water for 10 minutes.
    Drain and place cabbage in greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper.
    Dot with butter.
    Add hot milk and top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
