Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. brisket
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. celery salt
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and rub on both sides of the brisket.
    Wrap in foil and let stand overnight.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 hours or 2 1/2 to 3 hours on grill (low heat).
    Open foil and add 1 cup of barbecue sauce.
    Reseal and cook for 1 hour more.
