Mexican Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef roast
    1 can chopped chilies
    1 can tomatoes
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. beef bouillon
    1 pkg. taco sauce mix
Preparation
    Brown roast on all sides in small amount of oil.
    Place in crock-pot or Dutch oven, if done on stove.
    Blend all ingredients in blender and cover roast.
    Cook in covered crock about 5 or 6 hours (or 2 hours on low on stove).
