S. O. S. - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. hamburger
garlic powder
salt
pepper
1/2 onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
water
Preparation

Fry hamburger, stirring and separating into chunks.
Add garlic, salt and pepper while frying.
Add onion; fry until hamburger is no longer pink.
Add flour, stirring constantly until mixture is thickened.
Mix 1 cup milk and 1 cup water together. Pour milk and water mixture into hamburger mixture, stirring all the while.
If mixture is too thick, add more water until desired thickness.
Serve over rice or pasta.
