Michigan Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    6 c. sliced, cored and peeled apples
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    pastry for double-crust 9-inch pie
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients.
    Toss with apples and lemon juice. Place in pastry-lined pie plate.
    Dot with margarine.
    Cover with top crust.
    Seal and flute edges.
    Cut slits in top.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until lightly brown.
