Onions For Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium Maui onions
    15 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 lb. cooked and drained pork sausage
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. savory salt
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 soup can milk
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 small jar pimento
Preparation
    Layer onions and crackers in greased casserole.
    Top with sausage and salts.
    Mix soup and milk and pour over meat.
    Top with cheese and pimento.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
