Lemon Icebox Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 long graham crackers
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon peel, grated
    1/4 tsp. lemon extract
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 egg yolk
Preparation
    Roll crackers into fine crumbs.
    Combine crumbs, melted margarine and sugar.
    Press firmly into pie plate.
    Chill for 45 minutes or bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes, until edges are browned. Cool.
