Mamie Eisenhower'S Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    pinch of salt
    1 tall can evaporated milk (1 2/3 c.)
    12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
    12 oz. German sweet chocolate
    1 pt. marshmallow cream
    2 c. nutmeats
Preparation
    Boil sugar, salt, butter and evaporated milk for 6 minutes. Put into a large bowl the chocolate bits, sweet chocolate, marshmallow cream and nutmeats.
    Pour boiling syrup over ingredients in bowl.
    Beat until chocolate is melted and pour into pan.
    Let stand a few hours before cutting.
    Store in a tin box.
