Corn Bread Skillet Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1 large onion
    2 to 4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
Preparation
    Crumble ground beef into large skillet and brown.
    Stir eggs, corn
    meal,
    corn,\tmilk
    and oil together.
    Pour 1/2 of batter into greased cast-iron skillet.
    Top with ground beef; follow with cheese, onions and peppers.
    Pour remaining batter over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
