Diane'S Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil (olive)
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. basil and oregano
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 egg
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese
10 lasagna noodles
Preparation

Cook and drain noodles (Diane does not precook her noodles). Saute onion and green pepper in little olive oil.
Stir in tomato sauce, oregano and basil.
In separate bowl, combine spinach, Ricotta, egg, Parmesan cheese and green pepper.
Stir into smooth mixture.
Layer tomato sauce, noodles, spinach and Mozzarella in baking dish.
End with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
