Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sliced peaches, drained
    1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 box vanilla pudding (kind you cook)
    2 large apples, chopped
    2 bananas, sliced
    1 small jar cherries, drained (don't save juice)
Preparation
    Cut fresh fruit.
    Cook pudding in reserved juice of peaches and pineapple until thick (about 3 minutes).
    Pour over fruit.
    Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
