Peggy'S Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 heaping Tbsp. shortening
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour and shortening by cutting shortening into flour.
    Do this by using two table knives and moving them back and forth until mixture is crumbly.
    Add milk; mix well.
    Roll onto floured surface.
    Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Place into greased pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until the biscuits rise and turn brown, about 10 minutes.
