Venison Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. venison steak
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
    flour
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Salt, pepper and cover steak in flour.
    Put cooking oil in large skillet.
    Sear meat on both sides until skillet is coated with brown flour.
    Add Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle with garlic salt.
    Now add onion, green pepper and water to cover meat. Simmer until meat is tender.
    May need to add more water to keep the gravy from getting too thick.
