Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 eggs, boiled
    1 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 qt. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry red pepper
    1 Tbsp. mixed pickling spice
Preparation
    Heat ingredients to boiling and add eggs.
    Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Place eggs in jars.
    Pour hot mixture over and seal.
