No Crust Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    7 oz. coconut
Preparation
    Melt butter, add sugar and flour.
    Beat in eggs, then milk and flavoring; mix well.
    Add coconut and mix well.
    Pour into 2 well-greased pie pans and bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
