Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck, browned and drained
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 egg
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 jalapeno peppers (with seeds), removed and chopped
    1 can whole kernel corn
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    salt, pepper and seasoned salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
