Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 average eggplant
    2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs, beaten
    flour
Preparation
    Peel and slice eggplant.
    Dip into flour and egg.
    Fry on both sides until golden brown.
    Set aside on paper towels to drain. Brown hamburg and drain grease.
