Hypocrite Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell, unbaked
    2 c. cooked and sweetened dried apples
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Spread cooked apples to cover bottom of pie shell. To beaten eggs, add milk, sugar and vanilla. Blend well. Pour over apples. Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for about 40 minutes or until topping is set.
