Griddle Cakes (Pancakes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    6 Tbsp. oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except flour.
    Mix well with hand mixer.
    Gradually add flour.
    Beat until batter is smooth.
    Grease skillet lightly for first pancakes only if you are not using a nonstick skillet.
    Pour batter when droplets of water put on griddle dance around.
    Flip pancakes when puffy and bubbly.
