Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    6 c. warm milk
    1/2 tsp. milk
    3 large eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    stale bread
    1/2 to 1 c. raisins (optional)
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Fill a 3 or 4-quart bowl with stale bread.
    Put sugar on top. Set aside.
    Beat eggs and add extract and warm milk with butter until melted.
    Pour milk on top of bread, then add egg and extract mixture.
    Beat until well blended.
    If desired, add raisins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in angel food cake pan.
    May be sliced like a cake.
