Health Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced red apples
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. pineapple tidbits
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. white cooking wine
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Toss fruit, vegetables and cheese together in a large bowl. Mix white wine and mayonnaise; add to mixture.
    Add nuts.
    Chill. Serves 6.
