Mexican Hominy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 (13 oz.) can hominy
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook onion and green pepper in butter on top of stove for 10 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients; heat and serve.
