Chocolate Buttermilk Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. boiling water
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 sticks butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook cocoa, water and butter in pan until butter is melted.
Put flour, baking soda, vanilla, sugar, eggs and buttermilk in mixing bowl.
Mix well.
Add cocoa mixture and beat well.
Pour into a greased and floured pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Ice cake with the following icing while cake is still hot.
