Cavatini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. macaroni (seashell, elbow, etc.)
    1 pkg. pepperoni
    1 can or jar pizza sauce (large)
    1 can mushrooms or 1 c. fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/4 c. black olives (optional)
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (may mix Mozzarella, Cheddar, Jack or other)
Preparation
    Cook and drain macaroni.
    Combine all ingredients; if using canned mushrooms, do not drain.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes in foil-covered casserole.
    Remove cover the last 10 minutes to brown top.
