Fruit Cobbler(Peach) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    dash of salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. shortening
    3 c. fruit
    1 lump butter
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
Preparation
    Combine milk, flour, salt, baking powder and shortening.
    Roll out dough.
    Place half of dough in a 9-inch square pan.
    Cook fruit, butter, sugar and flour until thick.
    I use double boiler. Pour this filling on dough.
    Place remaining dough on top. Sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    You can use any fruit including blackberries.
