Crock-Pot Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 large potatoes, sliced
    2 or 3 medium carrots, sliced
    1 (20 oz.) can peas, well drained
    3 medium onions, sliced
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Layer vegetables in order given in crock-pot, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper.
    Top with ground beef.
    Mix soup with one soup can water in bowl.
    Pour into crock-pot.
    Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
