Kathy Fiore'S Chile - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. steak tips or ground beef
    1/4 lb. bacon, diced
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 head garlic, minced
    6 cloves
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    6 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
    4 Tbsp. chili powder or to taste
    1 Tbsp. cumin seed
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    28 oz. canned tomatoes, ground
    8 oz. canned kidney beans, drained
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. dry Burgundy
    black beans, cinnamon, allspice and cocoa (optional)
Preparation
    Saute beef, bacon, onion and garlic.
    Add salt, pepper, bell pepper, jalapeno peppers, spices, tomatoes, beans, Worcestershire sauce and wine.
    Cook for 2 hours.
