Waikiki Banana Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 c. mashed banana
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/3 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine shortening, sugar, flavorings and bananas in mixing bowl; beat hard.
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt and add to first mixture.
    Mix well.
    Stir in nuts.
    Bake in a greased 7 x 11-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    While warm, cut into squares and remove from pan.
    Mix powdered sugar and cinnamon. Gently roll warm bars in mixture.
