Skillet Salmon Steaks And Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 Tbsp. butter
    2 fresh salmon steaks
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream (room temperature)
    1 1/2 tsp. flour
    1 finely chopped scallion
    1 thinly sliced nectarine
    finely chopped, fresh dill
Preparation
    Melt butter in 10-inch skillet.
    Add steaks and cook lightly over moderate heat.
    Add wine, lemon juice and pepper.
    Bring to a boil and then simmer, uncovered, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is opaque.
    Transfer to a heated plate in low oven.
