Crab Or Shrimp Puffs With Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans crab or frozen crabs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    2 tsp. green onions, diced fine
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine Bisquick, cheese, onion and crab.
    Combine egg, water and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add to crab mixture, stirring to blend. Drop by teaspoon into 1-inch of oil heated to 375\u00b0.
    Fry until golden brown, turning once.
    Drain and serve with hot sauce.
