Seafoam Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. water
1 egg white, beaten stiff
vanilla

Preparation

Cook brown sugar and water until a small amount tested in cold water forms a ball.
Pour onto beaten egg whites and flavor with vanilla.
Beat until stiff and drop from a spoon.
