Barbecued Beef Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. finely chopped celery
    3/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 to 10 hamburger buns
Preparation
    Brown beef in large skillet, stirring to crumble; drain.
    Add celery, onion and green pepper; cook 5 minutes or until onion is tender.
    Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer 1 hour. Serve on buns.
    Yield:
    8 to 10 sandwiches.
