Mom'S Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour (heaped)
    cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Roll out crust and place in bottom of pie pan.
    Layer apples and sugar mixture until pie is heaped high with apples.
    Dot with butter and put top crust on this.
    Poke holes in top crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
