Pumpkin Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a pie plate; place all ingredients in blender and blend at 10 speed about 2 minutes, stopping to scrape sides.
    Pour into plate; bake 45 minutes or until puffy and center is dry.
    Do not overbake.
    Cool.
    Serve with whipped topping.
