Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    4 green onions, chopped
    1 c. pitted black olives, chopped
    2 Tbsp. wine tarragon vinegar
    2 c. cooked shrimp, canned or fresh
    1/4 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and marinate at least 2 hours.
    Serve on lettuce leaf.
