Vegetable Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. potatoes, cubed
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. diced carrots
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. Minute rice
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain fat.
    Combine all other ingredients. Cook 15 minutes in pressure cooker.
    Let pressure drop off at its own accord.
