Pork Chops In Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (boneless)
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. flour or 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 Tbsp. mustard (prepared)
    2 to 3 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Place pork chops in a 9 x 13-inch dish. Arrange onion rings over each chop.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan.
    Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    Pour over pork chops; cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
    Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes until pork is tender, basting occasionally.
    Garnish with orange slices and fresh parsley.
