Teriyaki Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. dry ginger
    1/2 tsp. m.s.g.
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Marinate 2 hours or overnight.
    Use 1/4-inch strips of beef or chunks of chicken.
    For kabobs, use meat, mushrooms, peppers, onions and water chestnuts.
    Broil 12 minutes, turning frequently. Baste with marinade.
