Oyster Dressing(From The Files Of Mrs. John (Ola) Garner, Sr.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cornbread crumbs
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 small can oysters, drained
    4 c. toasted biscuit or light bread
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. sage (if desired)
    4 eggs
    turkey or chicken stock (enough to make mixture moist)
Preparation
    Cut each oyster into 1/2-inch pieces.
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly; stuff fowl or bake in greased casserole as a side dish.
