Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. elbow macaroni
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese or Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 3/4 c. milk
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Let come to a bubble.
    Add flour and stir well until bubbly again.
    Add milk. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 1/2 of grated cheese, stir until dissolved.
    Butter dish.
    Layer a layer of macaroni, then cheese, then sauce.
    Layer again.
    If sauce on top looks too thick, add a little milk.
