Marinated Sirloin Tip Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. tip roast
    16 oz. beer
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Put roast and beer in roasting bag overnight; turn a couple of times before you go to bed. Put roast in roasting pan. Mix beer and oil and rub on roast. Then rub roast with dry ingredients. Roast at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour 50 minutes to 2 hours, basting frequently. It is done when it registers rare on thermometer. While roasting, make marinade.
